Somerset County Council
"The service offered to Somerset County Council by BlueSkies Fitness Ltd is excellent.
The screening programmes have been delivered in a professional and timely manner. The advice given to staff at the sessions has been well-received with staff commenting on the friendly and professional manner in which it was given.
The advice available to attendees after the sessions is great with staff having access to free, on-line lifestyle information.
I have no hesitation at all in recommending BlueSkies to other companies and organisations."

Logistik Design and Communication
"[BlueSkies] were very easy to work with, friendly and amenable to the myriad of changes we had to make in order to deliver the event successfully. Thanks once again, and I look forward to hopefully working with you again in the future."
Bryony Stentiford, Senior Client Manager, Logistik Design and Communication, www.logistik.co.uk
"...it was a pleasure to have [BlueSkies] at the [Lloyds TSB] conference and good to know that the delegates were in good hands with everything running so smoothly. You went above and beyond your required remit and willingly accepted the client's request to go the extra mile and facilitate the session.
The delegates found your workshops interesting and informative and in the context of the conference as a whole, provided something fun and different to get involved in, which was exactly what the client wanted. You got people involved which was great, as it ensured that the delegates really went awat feeling like they'd learned something new.
Overall, we had great feedback from [Lloyds TSB], the delegates and the Logistik colleagues who experienced the workshops and we would happily work with you again on future events."

The ACU Academy has responsibility for the selection, support and development of elite youth British Motorcycle competitors across all disciplines from Road Race to Trials to Motocross. These young men and women engage in a full programme of development and training, focusing on both on and off-bike coaching.
Sam has been responsible for the organisation and delivery of the sports nutrition and physiology side of the programme for nearly 5 years. During this time, Sam has provided the ACU with a highly professional service, backed up with an in-depth knowledge of the science behind our sport.
Sam's work for the Academy has included delivering sport-specific coaching and undertaking physiological monitoring with our elite road racers during our training camp in Spain. She has also performed track-side monitoring and support at British Championship Race Meetings.
Sam and, more recently, BlueSkies have delivered seminars, lectures, dietary analyses and physiological assessments for the ACU. In addition to this, Sam developed the course materials for the physiological element of our Coaching Award.

Weight Management & Personal Training Clients
"When I first spoke to Ben my self-esteem and confidence were low. I wanted to find a personal trainer to give me a boost and I also wanted some dietary advice as I was definitely someone who used food as an emotional form of support.
From the start, Ben was really easy to talk to even though we covered some quite personal issues to get to the bottom of why I was feeling the way I was. After the initial consultation I completed a food diary which Ben analysed in detail and followed up with a written report and a telephone consultation.
Ben spoke to me at length about what I wanted from a personal trainer before putting me in touch with Karen Smith. I liked Karen immediately and felt very comfortable with her as we talked about what I wanted to achieve. What I enjoy most about my sessions with Karen is the variety – we may go outside and circuit train, spin, run or box and we usually include some weight training. My running has improved and I am particularly pleased with the toning effect the weight training has had. I now see Karen just once a week as her programmes motivate me to train properly on my own.
In the last 12 weeks, I have lost 9lbs and adopted more healthy eating habits. I am far from perfect but if I have a ‘bad’ day, I’ll try and make up for it the next. On the whole, my attitude to food is now much healthier. Ben also helped me to develop coping strategies for my comfort eating 'danger-times' which have helped a lot.
Since my initial consultation, I have more energy and am becoming more confident. I have taken up a couple of new exercise classes and signed up for an OU psychology module. I am still in contact with Ben by e-mail and he quite often drops me a line to see how I am getting on which helps me to re-focus."
