BlueSkies Fitness & Training
SPORT & EXERCISE FIRST AID TRAINING
BlueSkies provide Fitness & Training services for everyone regardless of background, fitness level or requirements. Our experience, knowledge and skills allow us to offer a huge range of professional services from Personal Training for individuals to physiological fitness testing for professional sports teams.
Personal Training
Traditional Personal Training can frustrate clients and trainers because the effort put in doesn't translate to the desired results. It's what happens during the 165 hours/week when people aren't exercising that has a bigger influence on their body than the 3 hours when they are.
The desire to see clients and good personal trainers succeed inspired BlueSkies to create the most complete personal training service available. We ensure that our clients get the support they need, when they need it, where they need it.
Clients
Employing a Personal Trainer (PT) can be a bit 'hit and miss' and most people end up asking:
- How do I know what to look for in a PT?
- What qualifications should they have?
- How do I know if they're any good?
- Do I actually need a Personal Trainer?
In the end, people normally end up employing a PT who's been recommended by a friend or the one who works at their gym or they go for 'pot-luck' in the Yellow Pages! The problem is......will this trainer be right for them and help them achieve their goals?
With BlueSkies Personal Training, you can be sure that you are receiving a service designed around YOU and YOUR GOALS. After discussing your needs, we will suggest a Personal Training solution which could be any combination of:
- Training in-person with a BlueSkies PT
- Training programmes, tips and advice over-the-phone
- Training programmes, tips and advice e-mailed to you
- Tips and advice sent via SMS
- On-line communication BlueSkies via the BlueSkies forum
Your training programme and it's method of delivery will fit into your lifestyle and we guarantee that your PT will be highly qualified, experienced and able to take you to where you want to be. For more information on using the BlueSkies Personal Training services, click here.
