EIHA Results Fitness Information

We hope that you 'enjoyed' the EIHA Health & Fitness Testing and Warm Up/Cool Down workshops held throughout July and August 2008 - well done to you all for completing the fitness assessments and attaining a good set of results!  

Below is a link to the EIHA Training & Diet Booklet which covers all of the tests that you took part in as well as information on how to improve your health and results.  There are also links to the advice pages on this website which are specifically concerned with health improvements. 

In addition, there is a link to the nutrition slides that we used in the workshop carried out in 2008 which looked at healthy, balanced diets.  

Your fitness assessment results will be distributed by Ian Hayden.

The information contained within the booklet will help you to improve your health and fitness profile.  Most of the exercises contained within the handbook can be done with little or no equipment but some do require stability balls, resistance bands and potentially dumbbells/weights.
