Fitness
Even though most people could do with more, there are still only 24 hours in a day. This very often means that we don't get to do all of the things which we would like to do every day and we have to prioritise.
Unfortunately, it's often exercise that loses out and gets dropped to the bottom of the priority list. No matter how much we would 'like' to be more active, our increasingly busy lifestyles and commitments make it harder than ever to achieve the recommended 30 minutes of activity per day.
BlueSkies recognise that people's time is precious and that, for some of us, its a great challenge to devote time to exercising. We also know from first hand experience how valuable exercise is - especially for those people who struggle to find time for it!

Health MOT
Everybody knows the importance of their car's annual 'health check' but how many of us take the time to check our own health? With increasingly hectic and stressful lifestyles becoming commonplace, it is getting harder to take time-out to think about our health but it's even more important that we do so especially as many of the contributing factors to heart disease, diabetes and cancers have no symptoms.
BlueSkies Health MOTs screen for key risk factors and indicators of serious illnesses and can be carried out in the convenience of your workplace. With the introduction of our new Home Health MOT service, screening can also be carried out in the comfort of your own home!

The Institute of Personnel and Development estimates that sick leave costs British industry approximately £500 per employee which equates to £13 billion per year! Of the sick days taken, ~6.5 million per year are as a result of stress.
