Following your Health MOT, you will receive your results record and the normative/expected values for each of the assessments your underwent. 

Your results will highlight any factors that you need to pay particular attention to in order to reduce your health risks and improve your lifestyle.  The information contained in the Full Health MOT & the Health MOT Plus Booklets will aid you in achieving these improvements as will the information available on the BlueSkies website.  

However, even if your results show that you are perfectly healthy, this information is worth a read as it provides tips to help you stay this way.
